The Helena West Helena Police department is warning area drivers to be cautious, especially if driving late at night. A man, believed to be impersonating a police officer, has been terrorizing motorists in western Mississippi. If a suspicious vehicle attempts to pull you over, turn on your flashers and proceed to a well-lit open business before stopping, or call 911.

The 24th Annual King Biscuit Time Charity Golf Classic will be held June 9th and 10th at the West Helena Municipal Golf Course. Once again the event will be a benefit for the Phillips County MDA
The format will once again be a two person scramble. Entry fee is $120 per team and includes mulligans for each golfer for both days.
